purchased New Stanton Machining & Tooling in August of 2002.
NSMT is located in a separate facility and has four CNC turning centers,
one CNC mill, and various manual machines. It is a
precision machine shop with over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing
of military spare parts as well as serving the needs of various
commercial markets.
NSMT has
extensive experience in the machining of common to exotic materials,
including carbon and high strength alloys, aluminum, titanium,
stainless, monel, inconel, hastalloy, and stellite.

QUALITY CONTROL
NSMT has
a quality program in place that meets or exceeds the requirements set
forth in MIL-I-45208 and ISR-1, latest revisions. In addition, NSMT has
procedures in place for:
- Calibration per MIL-STD-45662
- Material control per MCS-6
- Material processing per MIL-STD-1308
- Non-Destructive Testing per
MIL-STD-2132 and NAVSEA 250-1500-1
- Cleaning per MIL-STD-767
- Packaging and labeling per
MIL-P-23199, MIL-STD-129, and MIL-STD-1189
