Calibration Standards

CoreStar can supply a wide range of ASME/WEAR, EDM and Array calibration standards. All work is done in accordance with our Quality Assurance Program requirements. List prices have been established for ASME and WEAR standards in tube materials that are customer supplied or that are stocked or readily available.

Calibration Standards

ASME-OD-WALL-MAT	ASME standard with CoreStar Supplied Material (For common tubing types and sizes, support ring not included)
WEAR-OD-WALL-MAT	WEAR standard with CoreStar supplied material. The standard includes 25%, 50% and 75% 180° tube support wear. (For common tubing types and sizes, support ring not included)
IDP-OD-WALL-MAT	ID PIT Calibration Standard with 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% flaws
PWS-OD-WALL-MAT	RFT PIT/WEAR standard with CoreStar supplied material Includes 20%, 60% and 100% flat bottom pits along with a 20% and 60% 180 degree wear scar. (For common tubing types and sizes, support ring not included)
REF-OD-WALL-MAT	Reference standard with CoreStar supplied material (for common tubing sizes)
SUP-TUBE-OD-WIDTH	Support Ring (Available in Stainless and Carbon Steel)
SUP-UNV-4	The Universal Support Ring has holes for four different tube sizes: 0.625”, 0.750”, 0.875” and 1.000”. The plate thickness is 3/8” and the size of the plate is 3” square.
SLV	Polycarbonate Protective Sleeve for Calibration Standard
